Electronics Inspection and Test Workshop

The event will be held on Tuesday 29 April 2025 at IPP Group, Bromsgrove B60 4AD.

Knowledge of the methods of inspection and testing of microelectronics are essential elements in determining the quality and reliability of manufactured components. This workshop provides the techniques applied to micro-electronics components.

The event will open with a plenary introduction session covering an overview of inspection and test methods and equipment capabilities. Following the introduction, practical demonstration sessions will cover:

X-Ray Inspection

Scanning Acoustic Microscopy (CSAM)

Bond Testing, Sectioning and Optical/SEM Inspection
