IPP Group Announces the Acquisition of Cupio Ltd

With offices in Bromsgrove and Cork, IPP Group, the technical distributor of manufacturing equipment specifically to the electronics, pharmaceutical and medical devices sector has come to agreement with current Cupio Owner and Managing Director Andy Bonner, to wholly purchase Cupio, including associated brand Cupio Services.

Basingstoke based Cupio is the distributor of X-ray, acoustic, optical and electronic test and inspection equipment. Established in 2004, Cupio has grown to be one of the primary distributors and technical support functions in the UK. Cupio Services was added as an on-demand inspection and analysis service in 2018.

IPP will welcome Cupio and Cupio Services, with them both becoming stand-alone brands within the IPP portfolio.
