IPP’s partner, Nikka Densok, launches their inline HVLD Automated Syringe Inspection system

Today IPP’s automated inspection partner, Nikka Densok, has launched their inline HDS-AT6 HVLD Automated Syringe Inspection system for complete container closure integrity testing of pre-filled syringes

Proprietary ACE-tracTM Transfer System optimised for glass-handling carries the syringe through six inspection stations. The entire syringe gets inspected from the needle to the plunger, at speeds of approximately 80 parts per minute.

This system can accommodate syringe sizes of 1ml, 2ml and 5ml, as well as infeed and outfeed for easy integration and comes with integrated CFR 21.11 compliant software.
