The Nordson SELECT Synchro™ is an advanced selective soldering system designed to enhance efficiency and flexibility in high-volume printed circuit board (PCB) assembly. Key benefits include:

• By eliminating up to 25% of board conveyance time, the Synchro system boosts throughput by 20-40% for most applications, ensuring outstanding solder joint reliability. 

2. Compact Footprint

• The space-efficient design is up to four times shorter than typical selective soldering equipment, resulting in a 60% reduction in footprint. 

3. Enhanced Flexibility

• Configured with up to five solder pots, the system accommodates different alloys and nozzle sizes, handling boards up to 460 mm wide and 2500 mm long in the     standard model, and up to 680 mm wide in the Synchro XL model.
