Today IPP’s automated inspection partner, Nikka Densok, has launched their inline HDS-AT6 HVLD Automated Syringe Inspection system for complete container closure integrity testing of pre-filled syringes
Proprietary ACE-tracTM Transfer System optimised for glass-handling carries the syringe through six inspection stations. The entire syringe gets inspected from the needle to the plunger, at speeds of approximately 80 parts per minute.
This system can accommodate syringe sizes of 1ml, 2ml and 5ml, as well as infeed and outfeed for easy integration and comes with integrated CFR 21.11 compliant software.
Nikka Densok’s Sales Manager Dan Bakken had this to say about the new system, “We are thrilled to launch this one-of-a-kind piece of equipment and feel there is great opportunity for growth of this system in UK and Ireland”
IPP’s CEO Jack Daly said, “As part of IPP’s long standing partnership with Nikka Densok, we are excited about the capabilities of this new system. With the evolving nature of packaging in the Pharmaceutical sector, this will continue to serve IPP’s customers across the UK and Ireland “
